I am a huge fan of Garmin products from many years back in my marathon days when I owned a Garmin Forerunner. A few years back I upgraded to the Vivoactive3.
This watch is pretty cool with a number of cool features. From daily fitness and stress tracking to making payments and controlling the audio on your phone.
The battery life is dependent on how much you ask the watch to do but I can usually go days without having to charge it. On the longer bike rides like our trips to the mountains, I do have to charge it every night.
You can link your Garmin account to Strava and when your setup syncs it will post the ride data for you with out the need to worry about accessing your phone pre and post ride. Simply select the sport Bike, wait for GPS to link up and ride on.
For better stats, add the Garmin Heart Rate strap which syncs up with the watch as well.
